Shipping Information

What is shipping time?

All the packages are shipped from Greece, via National Greek Post “ELTA”. Shipping time usually is 5-15 working days in Europe and 10-30 working days in the rest of the world.

In some occasions packages may be shipped from Lithuania via National Lithuanian post “Lietuvos Paštas”. Shipping time in Lithuania is 1-3 working days, 5-15 working days in Europe and 10-30 working days in the rest of the world.

When my package will be shipped?

After the payment has been received, package will be shipped during 1-5 working days. Usually packages are shipped next day, but in case of low stock it may take up to 5 working days. If  any other problem may occur, we will contact you via email or phone.

Do you ship via register post?

All the packages are registered and you will be provided with the tracking number after the shipment has been made.

Where could I track my package?

Packages, that were sent via National Greek post “ELTA” you could track in official “ELTA” website, by entering the tracking number.

Packages, that were sent via National Lithuanian post “Lietuvos Paštas” you could track in official “Lietuvos Paštas” website, by entering the tracking number.

I have trouble tracking my number

After the package has been send via Internationl Greek Post “ELTA” you could start tracking your package in “ELTA” website at first, and when the package will be shipped from Greece, you could see it in your local country post website.

Orders and Returns

Can I return my order?

You have the right to return or exchange a product within fourteen (14) days from the day when you received the product. We will refund you on the original price of the item returned under all requirements, but not including the shipping costs. Returning shipping cost must be covered by you.

You have the right to return a product if:

– The product has not been used other than for the purpose of trying on for fit.
– The product is in identical condition that you received it and all the parts of the product as well as the original invoice are included in the package
– The product has been repackaged into its original package
